The request can be made in any form but should include the following:

- banner in JPG, GIF or SWF (Shockwave Flash Player) format (size should be less than 25 Kb);
- URL of the website to which the banner would refer; - contact person;
- name of the company;
- address of the company;
- Tax ID (must be filled);
- telephone, fax;
- e-mail;
- duration (month) of advertisement.

After the submission of the request, a bill will be faxed to you and after the payment of this bill your banner will be placed on website. The original bill will be posted to the address, which you have been indicated.
